RENOVATION OF GRADE II LISTED BUILDINGS
Grade II listed buildings provide special architectural or historic interest and are of great importance to the nation’s-built heritage. Any restoration or refurbishment work carried out to a listed building that would affect its special character and/or appearance in any way will not only need specialist planning consent, but it will also need professional craftsman who are skilled in working with specialist materials and techniques.
We understand the level of care that is required when working with a building of historical value, and preservation that is required to maintain the integrity of structures and aesthetics. We can replace bespoke windows, orangery and conservatory frames and walls on a like-for-like basis, whilst having no detrimental effect on the property’s status. Furthermore, our project management includes close liaison with local Conservation Officers in Oxfordshire throughout the entire process.
