This was logistically a very demanding build completed in the Summer of 2016, the team led by Keith Watts completed the project for the Seadown Vet centre.
Owner Gill was thrilled with the end result, the works were programmed for 12 weeks and despite a very difficult land formation, they were completed on time and with precision.
The facilities are for the rehabilitation of the centres horse and include isolation all weather paddocks a Martin Collins surfaced arena and a hard free draining trott up surface.
The project required the use of gradient stabilization techniques, tree root protection zones retaining wall structures and careful landscaping.
Part of the construction included a new lorry park , access roads and muck heap structure.
