Equus Design & Build worked closely with the project engineers, architects and clients with a very tight build schedule on this project. Significant structural changes were required for this property, with industrial propping used to enable steels to be placed at the rear of the property to allow for the construction of the extension. The finish on this property was incredible with the use of farrow and ball paints and wallpapers, fired earth tiling and wet rooms in every bathroom, along with a complete new heating and ventilation system and air conditioning. The ‘Teddy Edwards’ dressing rooms and kitchen were installed in a timely manner with a beautiful oak wood flooring.

The owners of this property were from South Africa and shipped over a container of contents from their home in Johannesburg. The project also included the installation of fitted furniture from South Africa, which was greatly appreciated by the clients. This property also benefitted from a complete re-paint, both inside and out, with a new driveway, electric gates and porch.
